The rooms of the hotel were new-fashioned and airy with a great view and very comfortable beds plus good facilities.

I would say it's characterful base for staying and exploring Ullapool. The rooms are airy and new-fashioned, and are complete with a very comfy bed as well as hot chocolate. The staff are exceptionally nice and supper friendly. The hotel offers plenty of food that was lovely.

Thoroughly enjoyed how charming small and fabulous the property was. The breakfast had a wide array of options, coffee, tea, and toast. Stunning location and fairly friendly staff were a definite plus. There were cafés and restaurants next door. I would recommend the place.

A lot of food for breakfast including coffee, tea, and toast. The double room with beautiful view, shower gel, great value for money. The most important - good and fab location by rear beer garden. Also - close to the waterfront at the heart of the village as well as a mountain in the view.

the hotel was set in a central area adjacent to the lake, the promenade in front of the inn and ullapool. it was really close to ceilidh place, where you can have lunch. booked a room with excellent views of the sea view. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and pillows too.

Accommodation was fantastic and exceptionally clean, rooms were well-organised and extremely pleasant. They recommended a fantastic restaurant for dinner.

The hotel has good location close enough to the loch and harbour, the seafront which was lovely to see when walking along and local restaurants. Besides, it was not very far from Tenterden Guest House. Enjoyed how the newly decorated and good-sized double room with bath was arranged when we arrived.

The double room was comfortable with very comfy beds. The location turned out to be fab, next to a local cafe, and Ullapool and surrounding area.

The units are tastefully decorated, compact with a lovely view, bath plus hot chocolate. This is an exceptionally nice location in Ullapool.

Good small place, I thoroughly enjoyed genuinely helpful personnel.

The accommodation was overall clean, the room was a nice size and well-organised. The room was very lovely, comfortable bed. Having central heating, multi-channel television, and tea and coffee making equipment was very convenient. This hotel was set in a central area short walk to the ferry terminal and local restaurants and shops and ferry. Also, it was 3 miles from a small town. The stay was absolutely very peaceful.
